Districts near venue
The wedding venue isn't in the middle of the city but that might not matter to you. The districts below are less than a 30 minute tram ride to the city center. They have a bunch of tourist attractions and amazing views in their own right.

Estufa Real (the venue) is located in this quiet but touristy neighborhood, a 25 minute tram ride from the city center.
Belem
Belem is located in the district just south of the venue bordering the Tagus river. The tram line runs through this neighborhood.
